Lee`s China Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

It has always been good until last night. We were served the wrong soup but that was okay, it happens. But the Princess Prawns were so dry and hard they must have been left over from the day before. When eating the rice I thought I bit into plastic but it turned out to be uncooked rice mixed in with the cooked rice. The uncooked hard kernels of rice were in several bites and all the Prawns were terrible. I always get the Prawns there so I know how they usually are .

My waitress talked me into Happy Family for 12.95 with broccoli, chicken and shrimp (and other veg) instead of Lee's Shrimp and add broccoli for $1. Nice upsell.Very good dish. I asked for extra hot instead of normal mild, they made it extra hot with dried red peppers.They served me kindly near closing time. Great staff.I don't know why this doesn't pop up on Google Maps.

My all time favorite place to eat sometimes I drive two hours just to eat here. I wish mr lee would open one up in the city since i live clise to Dallas now.

The eggrolls were good but nothing else was.... I had the rice,shirp,chicken,noodles etc.

We love this place! The food is wonderful. Our favorites are the Mongolian beef, the sesame chicken and the chicken lo mein. We get the dinner for 3 that comes with soup and potstickers. The staff is AMAZING! Short wait times and nice atmosphere

Actually it's a ZERO star. Worst Chinese restaurant ever. No flavor, dry, and what Chinese place dosen't have teriyaki or crab rangoon? A Chinese tv dinner is 5 star compared to this dump. The people that give this a good review have obviously never been out of mt pleasant to eat Chinese before. The service was good, so there's that.

Ive tried several different dishes trying to give this place a chance....No flavor!!!, only thing you can taste is oyster sauce. You literally get a little over half a cup rice and it's nothing special either.. only thinggood I can say is the wait staff is super attentive and nice.

Worst Chinese restaurant I've ever ate. food comes out looking like low grade dog food I reluctantly taste it and sure enough it's awful we tell the server she just goes on to tell us it's not probably what we are used too and gave us ten other reasons why we didn't like it but yet she charged my wife and I full price even though we hadn't touched are plates. So spare yourself the tummy ache don't eat here

Got charged an arm and a leg and they didnt even get my order right but wad in a hurry..

It's ok. Service was great, the food was tasty, but the Ingredients seem cheap. They didn't have an option for all white meat in their chicken, and the chicken they did use was full of gristle and fat. I don't think it was worth the 27$ we paid for 2 dishes and some pot stickers.

From out of town and always stop here when we come through! Great food!

Absolutely love this place. Food is outstanding and they are super friendly and the service is even better. If you are looking for good Chinese food in this area this is the place to go.

I've came to this restaurant since I was a very young child, and it was my favorite place to eat in mount pleasant. I'm 25 now, I've been all around America, and I've eaten in a lot of different restaurants, (especially Chinese places) and to this day, Lee's China is still my all time favorite restaurant. Excellent service, pretty great prices, and amazing food. I know there is a Panda Express across the block that might seem more convenient, but trust me when I say that you cant miss out on this one of a kind restaurant and you should take the time to go and experience their food that is truly exquisite!

Best Hot and Sour soup there ever was!

My favorite dish is Lee’s fried rice!!!! Oh my it’s absolutely loaded with so much meat !!!!!!!The flavors are fused with so much goodness and seasonings!!!I always get it to go because the quality and quantity are so amazing that I can have another full meal the next day ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️If you love meat you will not be disappointed ❣️❣️❣️❣️The flavors wake up the taste buds!!!!!! The fried rice is the very very best!!!!!Thank you Lee’s China!!!! Please keep up the awesomeness!!!!!!

Service was excellent. Orange chicken was ok. Egg roll was nothing to write home about. Little disappointed they didn't have crab rangoon.

Great waitresses and delicious dependable food. The hot & sour soup is a family necessity when anyone has a sore throat or a seasonal cold. I always order the sweet and sour pork, but have tasted almost everything at different times. If you have guests, almost everyone will find something delicious!

Not real Chinese food

Always a great place to eat! From sesame chicken to shrimp fried rice. Friendly waitstaff.

This place for some reason is not as delicious anymore. I moved to Dallas and I have gone 3 times after I moved from MP, and the food is not as tasty as it used to be. They don’t serve you soup with your meal anymore and the food presentation and flavor is not as good. Less food, less flavor and more expensive. I hope y’all can fix this asap before you lose more customers.

Best Chinese I've ever eaten.

The price to portion ratio was spot on and the service was great! The staff kept our drinks topped off and were very friendly. The table we were seated at was equipped with a lazy Susan which made sharing entrees/appetizers for our party of five effortless.

This location has consistently good food and great service.

Very disappointed.. I did not touch my food at all.. Pay for it and walk out.. The food comes out total different then what you are use too.. You order shrimp and Lobster sauce it comes out looking like beef stew mix whit chicken noodles soup .. (Mabe because I don't live in this town and I know what good is) if you know Chinese food you want be happy eating at this place.
